What is Bingo Night Live?
Bingo Night Live is an interactive TV show showing late nights on ITV1. Viewers can play along at home as we host a LIVE show featuring three Bingo games and other special games.
When can I watch?
Bingo Night Live is broadcast after midnight from Thursday evenings through to Saturday evenings on ITV1.
How do I play?
Firstly, visit www.itv.com/bingonightlive and get yourself registered.
Then remember to return to the web site each day, ensure you are logged back in and get your cards for that night’s show. You need to get new cards for each show.
If you stay logged in during the show, the cards will be on-screen and the number will get automatically marked as the game progresses. If you cannot stay online, you have the option to also print out your cards if you would like to play along at home.
Is Bingo Night Live licensed?
Yes, even though Bingo Night Live is free, the bingo games are regulated by the Gambling Commission. The Bingo Night Live TV show is also regulated for broadcast by Ofcom.
To operate the bingo games, ITV has partnered with The Gaming Channel Limited and The Gaming Channel Bookmakers Ltd (together The Gaming Channel). The Gaming Channel Bookmakers Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk) to operate bingo games. The operation of the bingo cards and bingo games (including payment and delivery of prizes) are managed by The Gaming Channel systems. By registering for Bingo Night Live, you will be accepting The Gaming Channel's terms and conditions and your contract will be with them.
What happens if I miss the show on TV?
If you have got your cards for a night’s broadcast, then your cards are valid and you could win even without watching the game. However, by not watching the show you will miss out on the chance to participate in the additional bonus games using your Magic Number.
Do I have to pay to play?
No, playing bingo on Bingo Night Live is absolutely free! You need to access the internet and register to play, but there is no charge to register or to get your game cards.
There is no obligation on you to take part in ITV Bingo or any other ITV pay-to-play game in order to take part in Bingo Night Live.
How old do I have to be to play?
You have to be 18 or over. Please note that all players will be independently age verified before any winnings are sent out and we may request documentation from you to prove your age or identity.
I have a query about the registration process. Who can I contact?
The Customer Care team are available during office hours via the following email address: support@bingonightlive.com.
What do I win?
All prizes on Bingo Night Live are cash prizes. Different games and methods of winning carry different amounts of cash prize as stated on the show. On the main bingo games you win by matching one or two horizontal lines on a single bingo ticket, or by getting a full house.
We also play bonus games such as the Magic Number game. These games may offer lower value prizes. These winnings can be taken as a cheque or as indicated in your My Wins page on the website.
How do I claim my prize?
You don’t have to claim your prize for the main Bingo Night Live games: if you are a winner, a message is automatically generated and sent to the email account you have registered with Bingo Night Live. Any further instructions can be found in that email.
As with standard bingo, prizes are shared in the event there is more than one claim on a line, two lines or full house. All bingo game prizes will be sent as a cheque to your postal address as registered on your account.
For bonus games, you may need to follow the instructions as directed in the programme to claim your prize. And it may qualify you to play for additional prizes – tune in for more details!
Why can't I see my cards? I can't see my cards
You will be unable to see your Bingo cards if you do not have Flash version 9. To get Flash for free, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer
11. How long will I have to wait before I receive my prize?
The Gaming Channel aims to process and send all winnings to your registered postal address within 28 days. If we need additional information from you, then this may take longer. All winnings will be sent as a cheque made payable to the name registered on your account. Please ensure your registration information is accurate as winning cheques cannot be transferred to another person or sent to another address.
12. Why have you asked me for documentation?
We automatically check all our winners to ensure that they are UK residents aged 18 or over and have provided us with correct contact information on registration. If this check fails, then we will ask you to send us additional documentation to verify your age and identity. We will require a copy of a driving licence or passport and a document (utility bill or similar) that states your name and address. Once we have these we will process your winning cheque.
13. What is the Magic Number game?
In addition to receiving cards for each game, a Magic Number will be allocated to you on the cards you receive when you log in to play. This number consists of a letter (either B, I, N, G or O and a number from 1 to 90). This will be shown on the web page, and if you choose to print out your cards, on your printed cards. You must match both letter and number to be a winner of the Magic Number game.
14. Where can I find the rules of the game?
Full rules are available on our How to Play webpage for the bingo and bonus games.
15. Do I have to have a computer to participate?
Bingo Night Live is a free game but in order to join in the fun you must register and obtain your free Bingo cards online. You should also have an email address that you check regularly as we will send important information and win notifications on email. If you don't have a computer, you can get your cards for that night’s show during the day. Use a friend’s or a relative’s or visit an internet café or library to print off your cards and you’re ready to go!
If you are a Magic Number winner you will need to go back online and log in to let us know how you’d like to claim your prize. You can also go online and check the status and keep track of your wins – go to the Winners section on www.itv.com/bingonightlive, log in and check the My Wins section.
16. I don’t have a printer - can I still play?
Of course! Make sure you’ve registered and selected to get your cards and the rest is easy. If you don't have a printer, or prefer to save paper, your cards will be generated for you automatically on the Bingo Night Live website as you watch the show. If you can’t print, then don’t worry, you can still win as getting the cards, even if you don’t print them, enters you for the game. Watch the show and check your email to see if you’re a winner!
17. How will I know which card is for which night?
Each printed card is marked clearly with the day and date for the game. Our shows are on after midnight, so for a show on Saturday night / Sunday morning, we will say “Cards for show on night of Saturday 7th June.” Each card will be marked with a colour representing the colour of each game so you can track progress during the show. Please ensure you check the colour of the game you are playing carefully.
18. Do I have to watch the show to win?
No, once you have obtained your cards for a particular show then your card is in play for the main bingo games. There are some additional games which require viewers to watch and claim a prize within a fixed time period, so it's well worth tuning in to the live show for even more chances to win!
19. Can I get my cards today for tomorrow night’s show?
You can only get cards for one show at a time; you will need to come back to the website each day to get new cards for each show.
20. If I'm too late to get a game card for the first game of the show, can I still play along with the remaining games?
Yes. The cards for the remaining games on the show will be available for you to play and can be obtained before the next game has been locked down.
21. Do I stand a better chance by getting my cards earlier in the day?
No, all the cards are randomly generated and any card could be a winner – it all depends on the numbers drawn. However, the systems may get overcrowded just before the game starts, so you should get your cards early in the day to avoid missing out later in the evening, or potentially leaving it too late to get online and get your cards.
22. I lost my connection halfway through the game - do my cards still count?
Yes. Once you have registered and obtained your cards they are valid for the game even if you lose your connection and have to log back on. You don’t have to remain logged on. You can even switch off your computer - you could still be a winner!
23. Can I play with a mobile number? Will the call still be free? When you register we ask you for a contact number. This should be your home landline number but you can enter a mobile phone number. However, we also ask for a mobile number as a secondary contact number.
24. How are winners selected?
Once all players have got their bingo cards for a specific game, we draw random numbers between 1 and 90. If your card is the first to match the numbers drawn then you are a winner! You can win by matching a single line, two lines or a full house on one bingo ticket. There are 3 main bingo games in one show of Bingo Night Live.
Note – As with standard Bingo even though every player has different cards, there may be more than one winner on each game.
25. How do I find out if I’ve won?
As the numbers are called out, the numbers are automatically marked for you on your computer, but you can also print off your cards and mark them yourself if you prefer. However you choose to play along, our system will know exactly who the winners are and the first names of the lucky winners may be read out on the show on the night by the host. Also, winners automatically receive an email telling them they’ve won.
26. Why is it only one entry per person?
Bingo Night Live is free, so to give everyone a fair chance, you can only enter once for each game of each show. We also limit game play to 3 registered players per household. We realise that there may be exceptional circumstances, so call our Customer Services team if you experience difficulty registering.
Please note, that winnings may be withheld from players if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions.
27. Do I have to sign up to other services?
No, there's no obligation to register to other services.
The login details you use for playing Bingo Night Live will also give you access to certain other games on ITV.com, including our Skill Games, Fantasy Formula 1 and our online quiz games at ITV Quiz.
Your username and password will also work to log you into ITV Bingo, if when registering your details with Bingo Night Live you opt-in for the pay-to-play ITV Bingo service.
28. Who do I get in touch with if I have a comment, query or technical problem with a game?
Get in touch with our customer service team on support@bingonightlive.com, call 0845 011 0055 or see the Support page for more details.
29. What is the difference between Bingo Night Live and ITV Bingo?
Bingo Night Live is a TV show that features completely free bingo games and bonus games. To play you need to register and obtain your cards online at www.itv.com/bingonightlive. Bingo Night Live bingo games are operated by The Gaming Channel Bookmakers Ltd.
ITV Bingo is ITV’s online pay-to-play bingo service that can be played as traditional bingo. Game cards need to be purchased and you then play for cash prizes online. ITV Bingo is operated by PartyGaming.
30. How will my details be used?
Your registered details are required to verify your age and identity if you win.
When registering for Bingo Night Live, your details will be used to register you with ITV.com and with The Gaming Channel who are our partners operating the bingo cards and bingo games.
On the Bingo Night Live show only your first name and location may be broadcast on the show if you win or are close to a win. Your details may also be used to send you important show news. For more information on the way we use your details, take a look at our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
If you give us permission, your registration details can also be used to register for our online pay-to-play ITV Bingo service operated by PartyGaming.
31. I forgot to watch the show! Could I still be a winner?
Yes you could! As long as you have valid cards for the show you missed, you are still in the game. Check your emails to see whether you’re a winner. However, you will have missed out on the chance to take part in the Magic Number bonus games.
32. Do I have to be registered to play the main games and to join in the other bonus games?
Yes, you will need to register to play the games and to join in the bonus games. You may enter all games on the show provided you log in that day to get your cards for that show – these include the main bingo games and the Magic Number. However, you need to watch the show to enter any potential bonus games in the studio.

34. What computer requirements do I need?
The Bingo Night Live website uses Flash (version 9) to display animations on the site as well as the main gameplay page. You cannot get cards for the game without loading the Get Cards Flash service. Once your bingo game cards have been displayed on your screen you are in the game and can then choose to print your cards or not.
The site should be viewed via a broadband connection, and the automatic marking of your bingo cards will only work if you have your computer connected to the internet. It may be possible to play on a dial up connection, but the site will be much slower to load and respond.
