

Martine grabbing the country's attention as troubled Tiffany in EastEnders. After four turbulent onscreen years, the actress left to pursue a singing career.
She soon topped the charts with her debut single Perfect Moment. Her subsequent five singles all made the Top 10, but by 2001 Martine decided to return to acting.
She landed the coveted West End role of Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, and despite having to pull out of several performances due to illness, the star won a much-coveted Olivier Award.
In addition to appearances in ITV dramas The Knock and The English Harem, Martine also hit the big screen in 2005's Love Actually, opposite heart-throb Hugh Grant. She has now returned to ITV1 in 2007, playing budding sleuth Jane Cooper in Agatha Christie's Marple and stars alongside Jason Donovan in ground-breaking seaside soap opera Echo Beach.
