Just when you thought you'd had your last fix of Ned and Chuck, we've gone and found a brand-spanking, one-off new episode for you. But remember, this episode will not be on the telly. You will only be able to see it right here on itv.com.
Here's what happens in the magic episode:
Ned and Chuck are talking about Ned’s past and who else he has brought back from the dead but he doesn’t mention that by keeping his own mother alive he accidentally killed Chuck's father.
Meanwhile, Olive is watching them to see if any touching is going on, with Emerson relieving his stress by taking up knitting. Emerson gets a case and he and Ned head for the morgue with Chuck tagging along.
They revive a dead car safety tester, Bernard Slaybeck, who was hit by a car. Distracted by Slaybeck’s revelations that he was in love with Jeanine in promotions, their 60 seconds almost runs out before Slaybeck reveals he was killed by a crash test dummy.
At the Pie Hole, Emerson is upset that Chuck is still alive as the others discuss the case. Ned and Chuck go to make pies and Olive grills Emerson about Chuck.
When Olive asks him to be honest he says that Ned cares more for Chuck than he does about her. Ned and Chuck go to Dandy Lion Worldwide Industries, where the dead Slaybeck had worked.
Slaybeck worked testing a car that runs on dandelions, the Dandy Lion SX. They find Jeanine handing out dandelions but she denies even knowing Bernard.
The company CEO, Mark Chase, takes everyone on a tour of the crash-test facility and Chuck sneaks away where she spots a demolished test dummy among the others, missing a face and its clothes.
Back at the Pie Hole, Emerson figures it might be a lead and the team prepare to follow it up. But what dangers lie in finding out the truth? You'll just have to watch to find out...
