Style queen Victoria's had more haircuts than hot dinners. And her new Posh Crop - or Pop as it's billed in the tabloids - is just the latest in a long line of daring hair transformations. See our snip-by-snip gallery.

If table dancing and jiggling for the camera wasn't your bag, Posh was the Spice Girl of choice. Pouty, and, erm, refined - what wasn't to love?

Never knowingly under-coiffed, Lady V let rip with many hair style statements as her Posh persona caught the eye of a certain England star... 

Yep, Posh joined forces with male grooming king - and rising England star - David Beckham. Together, their hair would become bigger than a Diana Ross and Tina Turner salon sandwich.

Vic's punky crop was the perfect foil to David's boy band comb-over. They could even share hair products. Ahhh.

In a daring move, whispy Victoria let her hair grow to produce a lampshade-shaped disaster. Time to unfurl those extensions, we think!

It was out with the sweet girl-next-door look as Posh popped in piercings and hair extensions for her debut solo single, Out Of Your Mind. Funny, we were just thinking the same thing.

Not one to let a fashion fad pass her by, Posh grabbed all the Burberry accesories she could - but ended up looking like an Essex supermum.

Highlights and hair extensions gave Vic the edge in 2002 for a look that would last her, on and off, for the next three years.

A move to the US prompted a trip to the hairdressers. The result? The now world-famous "Pob", which would later be copied by the likes of Eva Longoria and Katie Holmes - not to mention Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes.

Victoria gets the ultimate California girl look as her lovely locks go from brown to blonde.

However, it wasn't long before Mrs Beckham reverted back to her trademark brunette tresses, inspired by film legend Audrey Hepburn.
