Let's be honest: we all secretly enjoyed watching cement being poured into the cars of unsuspecting members of the general public on Beadle's About.
But how does it feel to be on the receiving end of one of Beadle's infamous TV pranks?
One brave ITV forum member has come forward with a tale of how Jeremy pulled the wool over his eyes.
"I was caught by Jeremy over 20 years ago for an edition of Beadle's About," confesses the forum member, known only as the Fat Controller.
"Having got over the embarrassment of being 'stitched up' by my so called friends, Jeremy was concerned that if I didn't want to have my humiliation broadcast on national television, then he would destroy the tapes."
