What is podcasting?
Podcasting is a way to 'subscribe' to radio or video programmes and have them delivered to your personal computer over the internet, so that you can listen to them any time.
So how do I get my hands on a podcast and a vodcast?
1) iTunes users can automatically subscribe by clicking here:

2) Simply copy and paste this URL into your podcast program:

...and the frequent updates will automatically be delivered to you.
The software is usually free. iTunes is the most popular and can be downloaded here:
