Perrier Award-winner Al Murray is one of the most recognisable and successful comics in the UK. In character as The Pub Landlord his British Comedy Award-winning ITV1 series Al Murray’s Happy Hour has delighted both viewers and critics alike with his no nonsense treatment of his celebrity guests.

Along with the launch of Al Murray’s Multiple Personality Disorder, 2009 also sees Al as The Pub Landlord, embark on a 53-date 170,000-ticket national tour Al Murray - The Pub Landlord’s Beautiful British Tour - which includes two O2 Arena gigs and 12 other dates.

Simon Brodkin
Simon Brodkin is one of the country's most exciting comedians, with a huge talent for creating and portraying an array of instantly recognisable and hilarious characters. He has made regular contributions to BBC Three’s The Wall and Comedy Shuffle.

Simon performed his first solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2006. This sold out every night, and won the The Writer's Guild Award for Best Newcomer. He took his latest show, Simon Brodkin is Lee Nelson to the 2008 Edinburgh festival. This was praised for Simon’s ‘sharp, quick-fire verbal sparring' as well as his ‘solid gold material’.

Jenny Eclair
Comedian, writer and actress Jenny Eclair is a familiar face to TV audiences as a regular contributor in the hit ‘Grumpy Old Women’ series, as well as ‘The Grumpy Guides To…’, ‘Grumpy Holidays’ and ‘It’s Grim up North’ (all BBC Two).

Additional TV credits have included Dawn French’s Girls Who Do: Comedy (BBC One), The Culture Show (BBC Two), Empire’s Children (Channel 4) The ONE Show (BBC One), It’s Grim Up North (BBC Two), My Childhood (BBC Three) and Graham Norton’s Bigger Picture (BBC One).  She was a memorable contestant on Celebrity Fame Academy (BBC One) and has also participated in Room 101.

Sadie is an established writer and live performer. She has appeared alongside Russell Kane in two sell-out Edinburgh shows, including the if.comedy Award-nominated, Gaping Flaws, which toured the UK.

Colin Hoult
Colin is an established writer-performer, with a string of TV, radio and stage credits to his name including: Laura, Ben and Him (ITV2); Angelo’s (five); Harry Hill’s TV Burp (ITV1), The Charlotte Church Show (Channel 4), Agatha Christie’s Crooked House (BBC Radio 4) and Rudy’s Rare Records (BBC Radio 4).

Laura Solon
Perrier Award winner Laura Solon exploded into public consciousness when she won Edinburgh Festival Fringe's highest accolade with her sensational debut solo show in 2005. 

Laura has written and starred in her own TV show Laura, Ben and Him with Ben Willbond and Marek Larwood and two series of her own critically acclaimed radio show Talking and Not Talking (BBC Radio 4 and BBC Audiobooks). She has also appeared in Harry and Paul (BBC One).

Kim Wall

Katy Wix
A successful comedy actress, Katy is best known for playing Tim Vine’s ditzy girlfriend Daisy in Not Going Out (BBC One). Other recent credits include the acclaimed satirical series Headcases (ITV1).

Katy is one half of female comedy duo Penny Spubb with fellow comedienne Anna Crilly.  Their show Penny Spubb's Party debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and received nominations for The Writers Guild Award and The Best Double Act. The duo have gone on to appear in Comedy Shuffle (BBC Three) and Comedy Cuts (ITV 1).
