
Andrew began playing Tennis aged nine. Over the years he's regularly been ranked number one in Great Britain, and represented Britain at both the Seoul and Barcelona Olympics.
Castle became a professional tennis player in 1986 after completing a Marketing degree whilst on an athletic scholarship in the US.
During his playing career he won three tour doubles titles and was a mixed doubles finalist at the 1987 Australian Open.
After retiring from professional tennis in 1992, Andrew has been presenting and reporting since 1992, co-presenting Sky Television's tennis coverage with Sue Barker. In 2000 Andrew joined the GMTV team.
Andrew has recently competed in the sixth series of BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing, and was voted off after an impressive seven weeks. Andrew broke 2 toes during rehearsals.
