Opera singer Katherine Jenkins returns to Wales to present her favourite view.

Starting at Mumbles – the holiday resort of her childhood - we tour the Gower Peninsula where windswept headlands and rolling dunes give way to wide expanses of unspoilt beaches and numerous bays. We even learn why Gower seaweed is good enough to eat.

Continuing along the coast, we reach the vast bay at Rhossili – a heaven for surfers, beach lovers and fishermen – and find out how the distinctive outcrop Worms Head, made famous by Dylan Thomas, got its name.

But the dazzling crescent of sand at Rhosilli is overtaken in Katherine's eyes by the breathtaking vista of Three Cliffs Bay and its exhilarating seascape. A castle, salt marshes and sand dunes lead down the valley to the sea.

Finally, there are the three the three cliffs themselves, where Katherine leads us to what she thinks is the perfect vantage point for her favourite view - underneath the cliffs and through the natural archway to reach the tidal sands.

“Three Cliffs is so intimate and cosy. It gives me the feeling of being hugged. This view has everything - it has the sea, it has the cliffs and the marshes. I spent so many days here with the family ... it is so lovely to be back," she said.
