Jack Osbourne went from spoiled teenager to motivated man - and we followed his journey in the first two series of Adrenaline Junkie.

Watch some of the highlights from the past series here.

His faithful companions Mike and Bean supported him throughout, encouraging him to travel the world and take on challenges he'd never have expected to face. During this time, the former tearaway embarked on a gruelling exercise regime and lost five stone. He also learned to live without drugs - replacing them with a healthy buzz he gets from exercise.

In the first series, Jack completed a raft of challenges, including an intense stay at a sweltering Muay Thai boxing camp near Bangkok and running with bulls in Pamploma. But perhaps the greatest achievement was to overcome his fear of heights by climbing El Capitan, the 3,000ft sheer rock wall in Yosemite Valley, California.

Series two saw him travel the world without luxury - doing the world's highest bungee jump and trekking through the Sahara Desert. There were more trials ahead when he went to New Zealand, Central America, India and Japan.
