Jack journeys to Africa with Elijah Wood, Wendi Peters, Tom Felton and Gemma Atkinson in tow. Elijah signs up for white water rafting on the Zambezi river, canyon swinging, and the first ever rope crossing of Victoria Falls. 
Later in the series, Tom, Wendi and Gemma dive with sharks, try aerial acrobatics in a stunt glider, and dive out of a helicopter over Cape Town. And did we mention the ostrich racing and 230-metre bungee? These celebs are fearless.

Jack sets his sights high for a trip to Switzerland, where Happy Mondays icon Bez, former EastEnder Charlie Brooks and Shameless’ Jody Latham attempt a 230-metre, 8-second bungee jump. 

But there’s no rest for the junkies as they head to one of Switzerland's biggest peaks, via a night in a snow hole in the middle of a freezing storm.

Matt Willis, Jodie Kidd and John Thompson kick off filming in the unforgiving land of Lord of the Rings. Their task? A 24-hour adventure race that sees the celebs suspended under a helicopter in the mountains.

Which stars will triumphantly totter over the finish line? Who had to pull out? And which ailing singer ended up in the back of an ambulance?

Singer Craig David, presenter Emma Griffiths and Fun Loving Criminal Huey Morgan slip into their shorts for a trip to Mexico to spend a night suspended half way up a 1,500ft cliff.

The gang then plunge into the world's biggest hole at the Cave of Swallows. To finish their Mexican adventure the celebs join a real life Fight Club, where the locals seem to genuinely relish giving the celebs a good pasting.
