That's right ice fans, Melinda is so keen to bring that fighting spirit to her performance on Sunday, she's even hired the 'Hitman' to help her!

“I’ve been on a skating rink a few times with my little lad," World Champion boxer Ricky recalls. "It's not the easiest thing to do."

"If Melinda does make a mistake she needs to keep her cool because in a boxing ring, if you don’t keep your cool you get knocked out!

"Keep positive, shut it from your mind and just get on with the job.”

Look at her go! Yes, it seems that the session has helped with the model's poise.

“It’s all about being focused, about being controlled, about not holding back and going for it," Melinda declares. " Not losing your bottle when you make a mistake, just carrying on."

“I think what we’ve talked about today and the little bit we’ve done in the ring should make her a champion on Sunday night,” Ricky reveals.

Oh... looks like our Melinda may have overdone it a bit in that boxing ring!
