DANCING ON ICE: PHOTOS

That's right, Melinda and Fred were just chilling on the ice during training this week, when who should pop in for a visit but...

And confusingly, the Saturdays had tottered all the way to our Elstree studio to help Melinda with Sunday.

This week, Melinda will be skating to their tune Up, and the girls kindly shimmied along to teach her the sexy dance moves which accompany the song.

Fred looks positively taken aback!

Without further ado, Melinda swatted up on those sultry Saturday moves, hoping that the extra sparkle would keep her out of that skate-off this week.

Feeling all jazzy after his own dance tips, Melinda's partner Fred got a bit overexcited and gave Saturday stunner Mollie a small spin on the ice to say thank you.

She looks, er, really grateful, Fred!

“It was brilliant meeting the girls," Melinda sighed as they skipped off into the distance. "They had loads of energy and also taught me how to give the routine some much needed attitude.

"But unfortunately the only attitude I’ve got right now is a fear of whether I’ll be able to stay upright! Hopefully I’ll get it right on the night and be able to add some sexiness to the performance.”
