Abbey’s teeny blini mistake

The model messes up the menu and manages to muddle Marco!

Yes, as Marco predicted, the new menu certainly has “titlted them off balance” in there, and Abbey has already run into a spot of bother with a blini.

“You are supposed to cook them in clarified butter,” she giggled in the Confessional. “I just saw this big pot and thought it was clarified butter – but it was chicken stock!”

Seeing her blunder a mile off, a mortified Roger swooped in on the situation.

“You can’t cook them in chicken stock!” he shrieked. “They go with the caviar!”

But it was too late, and the paranoid pair had to press on, with Roger whispering to Abbey that she had to hide this from Marco.

But when Marco saw the blinis on the cooking rack he was amazed:

“Your blinis are extraordinary Abbey!” Marco mused, unaware of the mistake that lurked beneath their golden crusts. “Look at them Roger,” he raved. “They are better than yours! You should be very proud of what you have taught her.”

And with that he stalked off, leaving poor Roger reeling.
