“I’ve left the asparagus on for the vegetarians…”
When Marco promised the celebs “a surprise” for their next service, none of them predicted the chaos that he was about to unleash.
“To continue with the menu they’ll get complacent,” he said, before revealing his intentions to the anxious chefs. “It’s too easy for them. So, I think we’ll change. We’ll sidestep them, tilt them off balance and see how they adjust to that.”
“It’s a whole new dessert menu!” Brian howled in horror, as Marco unfurled the new list of dishes that they were to prepare for their very next service … that night!
“I’ve left the asparagus on for the vegetarians,” the Head Chef growled. “I have a pet hate for vegetarians.”
And when it came to the rest of his dishes, Marco had a particular theme in mind …
“Let’s go English, it’s England,” he announced. “Shepherd’s pie, fishcakes, fish pie, partridge in pie. Love it! And I think the customers will too. It’s just a bit of a change.”
