'Mini Marcos' do battle

Published: Saturday, 15 September 2007, 3:50PM

Hell’s Kitchen’s two finalists are revealed tonight, and each must choose three former chefs to return.

With just four celebrities left battling it out for the final two places, Marco decided to ditch the two teams and have them all cooking out of one kitchen.

“You’re no longer a team,” he told them, as they ceremoniously removed their red and blue aprons. “You’re a unit, but it’s now the individual scrap. Seventy six out of one kitchen - can you imagine how tough that’s going to be?”

“Can we all have white bandanas instead of hats?” Adele giggled, donning her crisp new white apron.

Choosing not to respond, Marco then assigned the celebs to their individual roles, keeping Brian on the puds, Paul on the fish, Barry on meat and Adele on side dishes, soups and sauces.

“I never thought I’d be here for this, how exciting!” Brian cooed in his new white apron. “Mini Marcos! I feel like a doctor!”

And with that they set to work on their morning challenge – not the usual masterclass, but an individual dish for Marco to critique.

Who will win the public vote tonight? And who will the two finalists bring back to assist them?

Tune in tonight at 9.35pm to find out.
