  2. How much does it cost to access the ITV mobile site?

    ITV does not charge users for browsing the portal. However, your operator will charge you for using the mobile internet - please contact your operator for more details, as these charges vary by operator and tariff.

    If you text in a keyword to a shortcode e.g. MOBILE to 63330 to access an ITV site you will be charged two standard network rate messages.

    Once on the mobile site, premium rate costs may apply for some wallpapers, ringtones and videos. This will be clearly indicated and you will be told how much each item costs before you decide to buy.

  3. Which handsets can access the site?

    You can access the site with any WAP-capable handset, or any handset capable of accessing the internet. If your handset is not WAP/internet capable, you will not be able to access this service at all.

    For the best experience, you should use a colour-screen handset. Check with your phone manufacturer for a detailed list of your handset capabilities.

    Blackberries:
    If you are using a blackberry, then to get the most optimal viewing experience of this mobile site please follow these steps:
    1. Open the browser
    2. Select the "OPTIONS" in the menu
    3. Select browser configuration
    4. Make sure that HTML table support is checked
    5. Make sure that foreground and background colour support is checked
    6. Make sure that style sheets support is checked
    7. Save settings

    Please note that not all blackberries are able to download video. You should still be able to access all other content that is compatible with your blackberry device.

  4. How can I enable my handset for internet browsing?

    While some handsets come pre-configured when you buy them, a lot of handsets need to be manually configured for internet browsing. The settings you need to configure are specific to your network. And depending on your handset manufacturer they may be located in a different part of your handset's menu. Usually they are included under 'connectivity' or 'internet settings. Contact your operator for more details.

  6. How do I bookmark the ITV mobile site on my phone?

    Bookmarking saves your favourite sites so that you can find them again later. You can do this by selecting the 'Bookmark', 'Add bookmark' or 'Favourites' option from your phone's menu whilst browsing the page or site you want to bookmark. In future, simply select the required link from your 'Bookmarks'/'Favourites' menu to connect to bookmarked site or page. For further help with bookmarking, consult your mobile's user manual.

  7. I've paid for my content but why have I not received the download?

    If you have paid for a product that is compatible with your handset on the ITV mobile site but have not received the item, or have had a problem trying to download the item, we will resend it you free of charge. Please contact ITV Customer Care (0844 88 14150) to arrange this.

    When contacting ITV Customer Care please ensure you provide your mobile number, handset type, mobile network operator and details of the product ordered.

    Please check that your handset is compatible with the product you want to order PRIOR to ordering. You should also ensure you have enough credit on your phone to pay for the entire order. We do not deliver any products until they are fully paid for. If there are severe network delays, orders can be delayed for up to 24 hours.
