The family are a strong unit and Ava’s mum Cathy called in the 60 minute makeover team to come in and show them how much she loves them and to help provide her grandchildren with a home they can be proud.
Shauna, one of Ava and Ryan’s youngest children was diagnosed with Neuphrotic Syndrome at the age of two. This rare condition makes fluid build up in her body and causes her face and body to swell. She has been in and out of hospital as the illness is serious and needs to be treated immediately.
Despite their young age Ava and Ryan have been wonderful parents and Ava regularly takes part in charity events and fund raises. Cathy feels it’s time they were spoilt and she can’t think of a better way of changing their lives.
Our designer John Amabile wants to bring some style and design to a busy family home and he wants to create a private space for Ava and Ryan in their bedroom and create a fantastic new kitchen space that will revolutionise the way the family use this part of the house.
