Husband Paul is hoping to surprise Karen with a makeover of their home. They live in a semi-detached house in Stanwick with their two children Marnie and Libby.
Karen has been through a lot in the past nine months. She has a high powered job and then when pregnant with their second daughter Marnie, they were told that Marnie had a rare tumour and she was born six weeks premature. It was a difficult birth and when she was born within two hours she was rushed into intensive care and then special care.
However, Marnie is now going from strength to strength and the future is looking much brighter.
Paul wants to treat Karen with a makeover, as he believes this is exactly what she needs, she has had such a tough time and this would be the perfect fresh start for them as a family.
Hannah Sandling our designer for this makeover wants to give more character to the house and better fitting furniture.
