Ed Baines

Classically-trained chef Ed Baines owns a portfolio of exclusive restaurants and is a regular guest on TV.

He began his career as an apprentice at celebrity favourite The Dorchester before moving on to other exclusive London eateries, including The River Cafe. He now co-owns champagne and oyster bars Randall & Aubin in Soho and Chelsea.

Ed is a regular co-presenter on UKTV’s Great Food Live and a frequent guest on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and ITV1’s Cooks shows.

He regularly contributes to food magazines BBC Good Food and Olive. His cookery book Entertain was published in 2001.
