Britain is a great place where our countryside and coast define who we are. Over the years, ITV1 has brought you the best stories from amazing places close to you.  In December 2009, Paul Heiney presented a one hour special of Countrywise.

In the show, Paul and the team looked at the age-old rivalry between Yorkshire and Lancashire and set out to discover if it still exists.  They travelled to the seaside resort of Scarborough on the Yorkshire coast, and to the vast natural wilderness of Morecambe Bay in Lancashire.  Watch the taster clip above to find out more.
