The marital rating scale quiz
How do you or your lady rate as the perfect partner?
Find out with this hilarious 1930s quiz, designed for men to asses the ‘quality’ of their spouse.
The marital rating score was created by American counsellor and matchmaker Dr George Crane and works by awarding points for good behaviour – like “reacting with pleasure and delight to marital congress” – but subtracts them for less favourable qualities – such as "failing to sew on buttons or darn socks".
