Ingredients

6 fresh tomatoes
1 cucumber
Feta cheese
Greek extra virgin olive oil
Fresh basil
Red onion
Black olives

Preparation

1. Roughly chop the cucumber, red onion and tomatoes and arrange them on individual salad plates. 
2. Chop the feta cheese into large slices, place a slice on top of each salad and sprinkle basil over the top. 
3. Next pour over olive oil and scatter olives on the plate.
