The classic poultry tastes brand new with a citrus twist.

RECIPE DETAILS
1. Put chicken in dish and squeeze with juice of lemon.
2. Leave to marinate for 2-3 minutes.
3. Make sauce – combine remaining ingredients in a frying pan and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Remove chicken and cut in half.
5. Paste inside with lime pickle and wrap in bacon.
6. Pour sauce over chicken and cook in medium oven (gas mark 5) for 1 hour.
7. Serve with creamed potatoes and mange tout.
