RECIPE DETAILS
1. Melt chocolate in microwave (or over a pan of boiling water) for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
2. Whip the cream until stiff.
3. Stir in the melted chocolate.
4. Add the rum and yoghurt.
5. Mix until completely blended and pour into small glasses.
6. Chill for at least three hours before serving.
7. Decorate with chocolate curls.
8. For the biscuits - Warm oven to 180.
9. Mix together margarine and sugar.
10. Mix in half the egg and flour.
11. Roll into balls and roll into coconut.
12. Pplace on baking tray, leaving enough space for them to spread.
13. Bake for 15 mins until brown on the surface.
14. Allow to cool.
