AWT – Midlands

Antony trained at Westminster College. He runs a chain of restaurants, gastro pubs and a wine merchants. He also has a range of kitchenware and has written numerous cook and diet books. He survived the I’m a Celebrity jungle in 2003. www.awtonline.co.uk



Ed Baines – South East

Ed trained under Anton Mosimann at The Dorchester. He then worked at The River Café, Bibendum and Daphne’s before becoming chef / patron of Randall and Auben and two gastro pubs. He's the author of  Ed Baines Entertains. www.randallandaubin.com



Martin Blunos– East

Martin’s held two Michelin Stars for over 15 years in his restaurants based around Bath. He is currently executive consultant chef to the hotel group Hillwood Resorts and has a business interest in The Reservoir Pub at Charlton Kings, Cheltenham.



Rosemary Shrager – North East

Rosemary trained with Pierre Koffman and JC Novelli. She runs her cookery school at Swinton Park and has presented her own ITV1 series Rosemary Sharger’s School for Cooks. She's written numerous books and is a regular on The Alan Titchmarsh Show. www.rosemaryshrager.com/


John Burton Race– South West

John trained under Raymond Blanc. He opened his first restaurant L’Ortolan in Berkshire and then moved to John Burton Race at the Landmark Hotel, London. Both restaurants had 2 Michelin Stars. He is now the executive chef at the Michelin-starred New Angel in Dartmouth. www.thenewangel.co.uk


Merrilees Parker – North West

Merrilees was head hunted to work at London’s first gastro pub, The Eagle while working as a chalet girl. She later joined AWT event and catering company Wiz Events. She's worked as a home economist and food stylist and has her own event company. www.pinkfood.co.uk



Nick Nairn – Scotland

Entirely self-taught, Nick earned a Michelin Star for his first restaurant Braeval, near Aberfoyle. He currently runs a cookery school for individuals and corporate events and an event catering company - Nairns Anywhere. www.nicknairncookschool.com  


Graham Tinsley MBE - Wales

Graham is the founder member and manager of the Welsh National Culinary team. He received his MBE from the Queen for services to Welsh food.
