Fifteen years ago, brothers Richard and Peter Harden launched their first guide, Harden's London Restaurants - now the longest-established pocket guide to London restaurants. The brothers have visited practically every restaurant listed in the London guide, mostly anonymously

 

Derek Brown – Director Michelin Hotel & Restaurant Guides (retired)

Derek worked for Michelin most of his professional life, starting as an anonymous restaurant inspector in Britain at the age of 30. He used to be head of the Michelin guides for Britain and Ireland. He then went on to become head of communications for the Michelin group in Asia.

Giovanna Grossi - AA Hotel Services’ group area manager

Giovanna has rated over 2700 UK restaurants. She has appeared on numerous UK radio stations to talk food and has written several columns for newspapers throughout the country. A committee member of the Pizza, Pasta & Italian food association, she is also a Member of the Institute of hospitality.
