Ingredients

500ml double cream
Handful of mixed frozen fruits
12 meringue nests
5 amaretti biscuits
Pistachio nuts

Preparation

Whip cream into peaks. Crush meringue nest and add to cream. Place teaspoon of cream into bottom of glass. Layer with frozen fruits and second layer of cream. Top with crushed pistachio and amaretto biscuits and serve.
