A delicious, refreshing dinner party pudding

Add the sugar and water into a saucepan, heat stirring well until the sugar has dissolved. Add the finely-grated lemon zest and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool fully. Remove the zest strips and discard.
Add the juice from the lemons and the Grappa. Either place in an ice-cream maker, following the manufacturer's instructions, or freeze for about 20 minutes, before breaking up with a fork. Return to the freezer until needed. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
