Sarah had no second thoughts about who to host her dinner party - husband Julian. She says: "We always work as a team so he was the only choice - I've no regrets about that!"
Despite spending plenty of time honing their menu, Sarah admits the presure got to her and Julian. She adds: "We chose dishes that we thought would be a bit different but not using any ingredients that people might not like. We spent a long time preparing the menu, and practicing the dishes, we just ran out of time on the day and the pressure got to us."
Sarah wishes she could go back and change "nearly all of it. This has been another of Julian's stupid ideas, he's going to be sleeping in the cellar for the next six months! No, really it has been a great experience but I will only be cooking for close friends from now on."
Anthony says: I loved the comfortable bed and lovely breakfast but I really hated depriving them of their
bed, especially as Sarah had a nasty early start the morning after the party
