Leeds: Ian Morton

Ian chose his employee Claire to be his co-host and has no regrets about his decision - they worked very well as a team and no work issues got in the way. He says: "She’s fairly crazy and I knew she'd be good."

The Yorkshire duo left most of their dinner party preparation to the last minute because they were hungover from the night before. Ian reveals: "The dishes were chosen very late with the hang over of the previous evening. I didn’t do much prep for the party- there was a lot of early prep but everything was pretty last minute."

When Stevie T was named as Ian's guest, he was delighted: "Stevie was brilliant - I was really glad we had him stay over. He is a fantastic laugh. He is very funny and his evening was mind blowing."
