Sue picked her co-host Rosemarie because she is "the most reliable person I know", and the only other person she would considering throwing a dinner party with is her son.
She decided to cook lamb because she was concerned that if she had a Muslim or Jewish guest they would not eat pork and a Hindu guest they would not have beef. Rosemarie is a pudding specialist and was their secret weapon, making everything from scratch.
Sue was glad Lesley Turner was picked to stay over, but is concerned her guest was offended that she didn't have breakfast with her.

Lesley Turner says: I loved staying over - especially because of the very comfortable bed and the great shower. I was disappointed that she wasn't a breakfast person
