Swansea: Brian Brown

Brian chose his good friend Natasha as his co-host because: "We get on really well, she’s my friend. We’re on the same wavelength. We both own our own businesses and have travelled a lot."

Brian is really pleased with their choice of menu and reveals he cut a few corners. He says: "I think the dishes were nice. There were better cooks in the show than ourselves. The chickens were really nice and no-one else did that. The selection of desserts gave people choice. We didn’t spend hours cooking – we kind of cheated on that."

However, Brian is less than pleased about his house guest. He adds: "The problem with the jacuzzi made things go crazy that night. I would have preferred to have someone more down to earth and real like Kirsty. Gillian was far too pretentious and not genuine."
