Dave naturally chose his partner Angela to co-host their dinner party. He says: "She really enjoys the hosting and the setting up whilst I enjoy cooking for dinner parties and special occasions."
After deciding on their menu, Dave was informed that one of his guests was a celiac (allergic to gluten) and had to make modifications. He adds: "I had a great time researching the condition and changing my recipes to suit." Dave tried using gluten-free pastry for his beef Wellington but it just wasn't the same so he made a separate one for Gillian.
Dave and Angela really loved all of their guests and were glad when Brian was chosen to stay overnight in their caravan, despite the adverse weather conditions.

Brian says: "Dave and Angela were very nice and down to earth. I didn’t sleep well because of the rain on the caravan but it was fun to be in a caravan. I scored them five, it was the rain."
