With her comic-timing and sarcastic wit, Coleen Nolan is a popular member of the Loose Women panel.
Since joining the show in 2000, Coleen has caused controversy with her outspoken opinions and often headline-grabbing stories. Her loose lips and saucy innuendos regularly have the panel in stitches.
Her outrageously flirty antics often leave gorgeous male guests in shock - remember her rather upfront chat with Enrique Iglesias? Coleen is a massive fan of Simon Cowell and has admitted having erotic dreams about him! She was thrilled when the panel presented her with a surprise birthday card from him on the show.
As much as she loves her work, home-body Coleen loves being a wife and mother the most. She tied the knot with musician Ray Fensome in November 2007 after he proposed to her on her 40th birthday. The couple have one daughter, Ciara, who was born in June 2001.
Coleen was previously married to actor Shane Ritchie and they had two sons, Shane Jnr and Jake. After 10 years of marriage, their divorce was finalised in 1999. Coleen has spoken openly on Loose Women about her struggle with the break-up. Her appearance on Trisha's Celebrity Heartbreak led to a guest appearance Loose Women and an offer to become a regular panellist!
Coleen is a member of the celebrated Nolan Sisters, whose legendary success chalked up two Royal Performances, phenomenal record sales in Britain and more than nine million records sold in Japan - that's more than The Beatles. Coleen joined the band in 1980 aged just 15. Their hit, I'm In the Mood For Dancing has become a cult classic.
Coleen has also presented on This Morning and appeared as a panellist on The Wright Stuff. She has a weekly column in Woman magazine and a parenting column in the Daily Mirror.
As well as a regular panellist Coleen can currently be seen every Sunday on ITV’s Dancing On Ice. Although she was dreading it at first, she is now going from strength to strength. Now down to a size 10 from a size 20 Coleen is enjoying her dancing outfits but has admitted her dance partner Stuart Widdall has touched her in place she didn’t even know she had.
