Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland is back in the UK for the release of her latest album called Ms Kelly.
Kelly,26, who spent Christmas with best pal Beyonce, was one third of one of the best selling girl bands Destiny’s Child and her debut solo single Dilemma shot straight to number one, landing her a coveted Grammy award.
She has found the process of writing and recording her new album an empowering experience. Kelly explains: "I really put my heart and soul into this album, not only am I excited that everyone's going to hear the music, I am also looking forward to people getting to hear the real me."
Originally released last year, Kelly decided to revamp the album, releasing a much more upbeat version, with songs guaranteed to get her fans up on the dancefloor.
Despite solo careers going well, there are always rumours of a Destiny’s Child reunion. Kelly said: "I can't say we will never get back together. Right now, everyone has their hands in their own pie, but the relationships are still there. Anything can happen.”
