PlayThe hit ITV1 series Primeval is about to return to our screens, and along with original cast member Hannah Spearritt, former footballers wife turned museum lecturer, actress Laila Rouass, joins the monster busting team.

The past two series have seen Hannah in numerous fight scenes, for one she was harnessed in wires in an indoor water pool. She says: "I was shocked by how much I felt empowered by it. I didn't think I'd enjoy the feeling of it so much."
Having to battle various creatures, the girls have to imaginary act the scenes, for Laila's first day, she had to be chased by eight foot terror birds and look terrified.
Laila said: "It looks brilliant on screen but when we were filming it I was running away from a ball on the end of a stick and a guy called Dave going 'grrrr.' But you have to take it seriously."
