PlayAndi Peter's has very kindly issued us with this banana infused dish.

Ingredients:
125g of butter
150g of light brown sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas - really brown if possible
250g of plain flour
1tbsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2tsp of grated nutmeg
For the sauce:
50ml of double cream
1tbsp of icing sugar
1tbsp of smooth peanut butter
- Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Mash the bananas and add to the mix
- Mix and sift the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg
- Fold into the banana mixture
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
Sauce:
- To make the sauce just mix everything together.
