During This Morning’s Help The Elderly appeal we hope to raise both awareness and funds to help combat social isolation among older people.
This year’s appeal will focus on loneliness and isolation and cover related issues such as poverty, getting social care, and digital inclusion, within a series of films featuring older people affected by this issue.
We will be supporting Age Concern, the UK’s largest charity working for and with older people. We are also very pleased that high street bank Abbey have once again agreed to help take donations on our behalf.
