Dr Chris’ son Andrew Steele, 23 has been training in Athletics since he was 10 years old, and after years of training has made it onto the Olympic team to run in the 400m at Beijing.

Although he is proud of his achievements, Andrew works hard at his fitness, training six days a week, twice a day in Winter and is far from complacent about the amount of work that lies ahead.

He said: “This is just the beginning of the journey. It is only an opportunity to take part in this event. I won't win it. I'll have to wait for 2012 for that and I have a huge amount of work still to put in."
