Two years ago Marcia suffered a brain haemorrhage and spent six weeks in intensive care.
Clive explains: "It was a terrifying time and we didn't know if she would pull through. I decided then that life is too short and that we should spend more time making each other happy. I know we will be together forever and I want to be a 'proper' dad to Marcia's son."
He added: "I haven't told anyone other than my son what I have planned! He thinks it's fantastic! I don't think she's expecting it at all. We talk about getting married and even her mum has asked me when I'm going to pop the question! She's knows I'll propose to her one day- just not today!"
