Women in fear

Published: Monday, 28 January 2008, 1:43PM

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith says she would feel unsafe walking in London at night, but how many British women feel the same?

Three celebrity female reporters, Carol McGiffin, Shelagh Fogarty and Saira Khan, hit the streets of London, Liverpool and Nottingham to find out if  women are intimidated by crime in their neighbourhoods and whether their fears are justified.
