Thank you for visiting our new Press Centre website, which is a work in progress.
By moving our content into the larger itv.com site, we hope to achieve greater flexibility and functionality for our visitors.
Among our short-term aims are to:
• Try to furnish you with more video clips, which in this site we can easily place next to the relevant press releases, programme information copy and press packs.
• Provide audio files, downloadable in MP3 format.
• Publish our content via RSS feeds as well as on our site pages. Some of our content is already available via RSS feeds, click on the orange logos to the right to receive our programme and corporate press release feeds.
• Provide more links to relevant itv.com content to help with your writing or research.
Our longer-term aims include providing dedicated search tools for press-related content. As a workaround for now, however, you may search the Press Centre section of this site by using Google or your Google toolbar. Forming your query like this, for example:
Benidorm site:www.itv.com/PressCentre
will return all mention of "Benidorm" on our Press Centre pages while excluding references to it elsewhere on the wider itv.com site.
As we said at the start, this new site is a work in progress so please bear with us as we iron out some early glitches (yes, we already have some fixes in the pipeline for problems that we've spotted).
We hope that through a process of incremental continual change, we will be able to improve your Press Centre experience.
