Emmerdale cast and crew including Charlotte Bellamy and John Middleton took part in a special charity walk on Wednesday, 14th May.

The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) charity's Walk a Mile in Memory event took place following the harrowing storyline where vicar Ashley Thomas and wife Laurel lost their baby, Daniel, to cot death.

An Emmerdale spokesman said: "The cast and crew thought it would be a great idea to further raise awareness and a bit of money to boot.

“The FSID were a fantastic help to everyone in the planning and playing out of the story."
