Sunday night on ITV4 at 7.30pm - watch me and Austin Healey let loose on a bunch of unsuspecting women.
Straight after the Guinness Premiership rugby highlights - you can catch me and Austin doing our stuff at Witney Angels rugby club - trying to get another struggling team back on track.
Austin invited me down to help out with a training session, and it was great to get involved in his project, although it was during the cold snap and it was a freezing, snowy training session.
The girls from Witney obviously loved having Austin there and hopefully I helped out a bit. I did a passing drill with them and did a couple a bit of decision-making, three-on-twos, simple stuff like that. Generally I just sat back and let Austin work his magic, though.
I think at one point during Austin's stay he was trying to get into the showers with the girls ... or maybe they were trying to lure him in. Either way I'm glad I missed that particular moment!
You can check out some video of Witney Angels - and all the other teams on the show - here. And remember to watch the show on Sunday night, ITV - it should be a cracker.
Wednesday was spent at a six-a-side rugby tournament in the city which was a great day. The team I was coaching managed to win it so we must have been doing something right, and they had a few useful players.
As for the England side, looking back over the Six Nations we have to be disappointed we didn't get closer to winning the tournament.
The form we showed in the last two games proved that this England team is on the right track. It was good to get a drop-goal on Saturday, which took us more than a converted score clear of Scotland.
We're making progress every game and I believe the longer this England squad can stay together, the better we will be.
In case you haven't recently seen the Guinness Premiership table, things are hotting up there too.
We've got Worcester at home next Wednesday night at the Twickenham Stoop, Bath after that before a huge Heineken Cup quarter-final encounter with Dublin-based province Leinster.
The season for Quins is getting more and more exciting on every front and it's very exciting to be a part of it. Remember you can watch latest Premiership video here.
Cheers, DC
