LOOSE WOMEN COMPETITION INFORMATION
Competition entry question:
Eligible entrants are required to answer the question as stated in “Loose Women”, (the ‘programme’). Eligible entrants will be entered into a draw to win a prize.
Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in programme.
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button at 10:00 a.m. as stated in the programme. Entries made after the closing time will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 4 working days after the closing date for entries via PRTS, SMS and red button.
Competition draw date: Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941and follow instructions; up to five entries per household. Each call costs £1.00 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.
· SMS – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer; up to five entries per household. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red Button – digital satellite viewers may press the red button on their remote control and follow instructions; up to five entries per household. Each red button entry costs £1.00.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to five entries per household. There is no charge for online entries.
There is no entry available for this competition via email, post or via red button for cable viewers. Entries on behalf of another person are void. Entries over the maximum number of entries for each method of entry, and entries which are misspelt, incomplete, inaudible, incomprehensible or not received by the closing date will not be entered into the competition but may still be charged.
Prize:
The first correct entrydrawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is a cheque for £5,000 and Marks & Spencer vouchers worth £5,000 (the ‘vouchers’) to spend in store. The cheque and the vouchers will be payable in the name of the entrant only. Each voucher is worth £25. The vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions and to restrictions, including but not limited to the following:
· The full value of the vouchers does not have to be spent in one store visit.
· The vouchers cannot be used to make purchases online and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize.
· The prize provider reserves the right to refuse to accept vouchers which are deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected from fraud.
· Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider shall be liable where a voucher has been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize.
· The Promoter recommends that the winner redeem the vouchers within a year of receipt.
The Promoter is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner. There is no alternative prize. The prize is non-changeable and non-transferable and excludes all other costs and expenses.The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 28 days of winner confirmation. The winner must be aged 18 years or over. The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date on the number provided when entering the competition. The Promoter will not amend contact information provided once entry to the competition has been made. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be contacted or fail to provide an address for delivery, or are unable to comply with these terms this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
