And we’re looking to help more families beat modern life burnout and achieve their goals!
ITV’S ‘EAT, SHOP, SAVE’ IS BACK FOR A SECOND SERIES AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR NEW FAMILIES TO TAKE PART!
If you’re suffering from modern life burnout and would like help from Ranvir Singh’s team of experts to achieve your health, wealth and happiness goals then this is the opportunity for you!
Last series, our experts helped four families rise to the Eat, Shop, Save challenge with amazing success. Based on expert advice all participants saved money, lost weight, became savvier shoppers, learned to cook healthy, fresh food and ran more efficient households.
As a result of these small but significant lifestyle changes, all family members felt happier, healthier and wealthier and spent more quality time together.
The Modern Families Index shows that many of the nation’s parents are complaining of burnout. Juggling long hours at work to pay the bills as well as toiling on the home front, means a third of people feel they’re chasing their tails in a race they don’t remember entering. The result: many couples spend less than 30 minutes of quality time together each day; relationships between mums, dads and kids are suffering; diets could be better and they’re often spending more than they need to.
We’d like to offer another four families this unique opportunity to get advice from a crack team of experts on how to cut household stress, improve diet and relationships, get more quality time together and save cash.
We'd like to hear from families who would like advice from a top chef and nutritionist to help them improve their diets, tackle faddy or difficult eating habits, improve family mealtimes and make their shopping budget go further.
Another source of stress in family life is how members lives are organised with one of the big areas of conflict being household chores. We'd like to provide practical advice on domestic shortcuts designed to save time and money.
We have a team of experts in finance, nutrition, exercise, shopping, decluttering and efficiency who are waiting to help you achieve your goals so get in touch now to find out how we can help.
If you’d like to find out more, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief paragraph about your family and why you’d like to take part.
All conversations will be treated as confidential with no obligation to appear on any programme.
