When I try to get cards, I get an error message saying I'm not in the UK, but I am. What's happening?

Some UK customers may be affected by our geo-blocking software if their internet service provider (ISP) uses servers located abroad.

Please contact your ISP if you continue to be geo-blocked from within the UK, so they can investigate further. 

If you are an AOL customer experiencing problems, you may be able to get your cards by closing your AOL browser and opening an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer.
