Perhaps some of the cutest contestants we’ve ever had on BGT, Bars (rapper Leondre Davies) and Melody (singer Charlie Lenehan) impressed Judge Simon Cowell so much with their anti-bullying song, that he pressed the infamous Golden Buzzer.
In a new feature introduced for series eight, this meant Bars and Melody automatically made the Semi-Final, with the duo eventually finishing in third place. Collabro went on to be crowned champions.
Magician Darcy Oake came all the way from Canada to audition for our Judges, bringing his good looks, charm and of course, some tricks to the BGT stage in 2014.
He went on to stun the crowd (with some help from some doves who turned into a woman), with David branding him “the best magician” he’s ever seen on the show.
Back in 2013, Hungarian shadow theatre group Attraction won over the Judges with their first audition, performing a tragic love story routine to Emeli Sande’s Read All About It.
Their performance earned them a standing ovation and left Amanda in tears… even Simon was touched! Attraction went on to beat comedian Jack Carroll in the final.
We all know Simon Cowell loves a dancing dog, so imagine his delight when 16-year old Ashleigh and her pet pooch Pudsey arrived on the stage to audition!
After blowing the Judges away with their Flintstones-themed routine, the pair went on to win the show in 2012, beating classical duo Jonathan and Charlotte.
