How do I recall delivered programme material?
If you need to recall a tape that you have already delivered to ITV, please contact the Media Logistics Workflow Team at email@example.com who will issue you with a Re-delivery Form that you will need to complete and return before previously delivered materials will be released. If any changes are made to the content, the programme will need to be re-clocked with a new version number before sending it back to the required destination.
Please note there may be additional costs associated with a programme recall so please check with your contact in ITV Business Affairs. The Media Logistics Workflow Team will advise you who you need to contact once they have authorised the recall.

If you are going to be making a late delivery, please contact the Media Logistics Workflow Team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will advise you of the next steps you will need to take. You should also notify your contact in ITV Business Affairs and your Compliance Advisor.
What is the production number for my programme?
A Production Number is a unique number that relates to each item of programme content. You should have been provided with a Production Number at the commissioning stage of the process. If you need further help and guidance please contact Media Logistics Workflow at email@example.com.
This will depend whether this has been agreed as part of your contract. If you are unsure, please contact your ITV Business Affairs contact for further help and guidance.
Do I need to technically assess my programme prior to delivery to ITV?
You should ensure you have carried out a full technical QC process on your programme prior to delivery to ITV. ITV does not technically assess programmes after delivery. We ask you to supply a QC Pass Report with the delivered tapes to confirm your programme meets the requirements outlined in the document Technical Standards for Delivery of Television Programmes to ITV.
In addition, we require you to provide a Harding FPA Pass Certificate for each master tape delivered to verify compliance with the Ofcom Code on photosensitive epilepsy. Failure to provide the requested technical documentation may lead us to reject your material or to charge you for the appropriate technical checks to be carried out by ITV.
If I need technical advice during the production process or prior to delivery who should I contact?
ITV cannot yet accept file delivery of programme content. Further announcements regarding this will be made in due course. If you require further help and guidance please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who do I speak to if I have a compliance question?
For each production you will have chosen a Compliance Licensee company to comply your content. The Compliance Licensee will let you know who is the Compliance Advisor for your production after your programme has been signed off. If you are not sure who your Compliance Advisor is, please contact email@example.com who will be able to advise you.

Do I need to provide proof of E and O insurance?
ITV’s terms of trade require all independent producers to have in place suitable insurance cover in respect of the broadcast of their programmes. Hence, please could you provide us with a copy of your E&O insurance details, including confirmation from your insurer that the appropriate ITV companies are covered as additional insured parties as well as your company, for any claims arising from broadcast of the programme on ITV channels.
These details should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Compliance Operations, the London Studios, Upper Group, London SE1 9LT to arrive no later than the delivery date of the programme.
